Indian Head Massage

Massage promoting total relaxation and calmness therefore promoting sleep and helping with irritability. Indian Head Massage helps relieve stiffness in the neck and shoulders and relieves eyestrain and tension headaches as muscular tension is relieved. Indian Head Massage works on the three higher chakras within the body which help to restore harmony and energy creating a feeling of peace and rejuvenation.

Deep Tissue Massage

This massage focuses on reaching the deeper layers of muscles and tissue and is especially beneficial for tense areas. Hot Stone Massage

A speciality deep relaxing and calming treatment using heated Basalt Lava Stones to warm up tight muscles and allowing the therapist to work more deeply, more quickly to relieve tension in the body. This treatment will leave you feeling calm and grounded with a sense of deep relaxation so is ideal for relieving the symptoms of stress and anxiety and aiding sleep.
