Over the years, we’ve lovingly restored our 17th Century Yorkshire farmhouse to create what we believe is truly unique hen do accommodation. We take immense pride in watching groups of friends arrive, their faces lighting up as they take in the stunning countryside views that surround us. With space for up to 26 guests, we’ve created a home away from home that’s grand enough for celebration yet cosy enough to feel intimate and special.
A favourite feature of our hen do accommodation is the spa area. This area has been specifically designed with hen parties in mind – the seven-seater hot tub has been the setting for countless late-night chats and champagne moments! Our cedarwood sauna and private therapy room have also proved incredibly popular, and it’s such a pleasure seeing groups of friends completely relaxed and enjoying quality time together.
The dining hall is very special, particularly when it transforms into a vibrant party space in the evenings. We’ve hosted everything from elegant afternoon teas to full-blown disco nights in this room, and the joy and laughter that fills the space never fails to remind me why we created this hen do accommodation in the first place.

We’ve carefully curated a range of hen party activities that cater to all tastes – from our popular cocktail-making masterclasses to life-drawing sessions that always end in fits of giggles. Ideally located Hen Do Accommodation
Being less than an hour from Leeds, Sheffield, and Manchester was a crucial factor when we chose this location for our hen do accommodation. We wanted to offer the perfect balance – a peaceful countryside retreat that’s still within easy reach of city attractions. We’re always happy to arrange transport for groups heading into the cities, ensuring everyone can enjoy a worry-free celebration.
Reading reviews from our guests always brings a smile to our faces. Our surrounding private grounds have become a favourite spot for summer celebrations, with groups often spilling out onto the lawns for games and picnics.
